Why are accessories items at InnerSpace nett price?
At InnerSpace, we don't play the sales game, inflating prices and then holding sales to create a false sense of savings. We believe offering the lowest prices every day and guaranteeing them through the year is respectful and offers you the best value.
If I find the same item elsewhere for a lower price, will you match it?
Yes. At InnerSpace we set our prices against our competitors on an international level, and keep regular checks on what's happening in the marketplace. If by chance you find the price for an identical item is cheaper elsewhere, simply notify our sales assistant, and we will gladly match it and beat them by a further 10%. Do you offer any warranty?
There is a 4-year structural warranty on sofa frames and a standard two-year warranty on all other InnerSpace Furniture products. For Warranty Information, go to the Warranty page under Customer Service or contact one of our showrooms.
Why certain items are sometimes out of stock or discontinue?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, InnerSpace are able to estimate when a product will come back in stock.
Seasonal stocks at InnerSpace are generally very exclusive and limited, and it tends to be discontinued on a constant basis in order to keep the concept fresh and ever changing.
Why is furniture at InnerSpace on a per piece basis?
No two needs are alike. It's a world of individuals, each with their own sets of requirement. InnerSpace understand this, which is why our furniture are on a per piece basis; if you need a king bed with only one side table or a three seater to catch your favourite TV show, it's all possible at InnerSpace. It's your home, your way.
Does InnerSpace offer interest free terms?
InnerSpace in conjunction with Standard Chartered and Baiduri Bank offers 0% Easy Pay option where customer can enjoy the flexibility of stretching your purchases over as many as 24 monthly instalments with no interest charged to you at any stage.
What is a "Lay-By" facility?
InnerSpace understands that for any number of reasons that you might not want to take your new furniture, homeware, accessories with you when you purchase it.
Therefore we have introduced the good old-fashioned Lay-by, allowing you to pay off the product over eight weeks to twenty four weeks and take it home at the end of the Lay-by period.
